In this video on cardiac coherence, Virginie teaches us a breathing technique allowing us to refocus on our task, it is a very simple sequence:

  • Inhale for 5 sec
  • Hold for 3 sec.
  • Exhale for 5 sec.

You can repeat this sequence for 5 min.

This technique can be combined with a positive visualization exercise, allowing you to get in condition for future events.
Positive visualization consists of imagining yourself triumphing in the trials we are going through. At the moment, it can be about visualizing yourself studying efficiently or taking exams without any problems. This visualization can help you approach the exams more peacefully.
